Any javascript layour similar to the Web ADF Mapping Application in VS .Net

Hi all

I am looking for a template in javascript that looks like the one pre-installed in Vs .Net the template called Web ADF Mapping Application, with the following controls:

- a toolbar on top with zoom In, Zoom out, Pan, Full Extent, Back, Forward, Magnifier, Identity, Meadsure, Overview,
- a window with a table of contents and a legend tab
- some popup windows to show Identify results
- drop down boxes

any suggestions?
