Hi,

The vector basemap is no long working. It just show empty page even in ArcGIS Javascript Sample pages.

VectorTileLayer sample

Vector tiles | ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.1

The error msg in chrome is:

init.js:174 GET https://basemaps.arcgis.com/b2/arcgis/rest/services/World_Basemap/VectorTileServer?f=json 403 ()

I just tested with Chrome (version 53.0.2785.143) and it works for me. Are you still seeing the issue? If so can you provide more details - for example are you seeing the issue in a particular browser?
