We have an enterprise setup and I used a webmap and webapp builder to create the viewer app. Everything is working fine with users on desktop and mobile, except for Galaxy S8 Chrome users. I am instead left without touch controls (pinch to zoom, touch and drag to navigate).&nbsp;</P><P></P><P>I have reproduced the issue on 3 work phones, all S8 on Android 9 and several different versions of Chrome.
