Add Scale Property to Map Components

For map components that contain calcite components that have a scale property, it would be great to be able to control the scale. My idea is to add the scale property to the map components that contain calcite components. So if the scale is set to large (l) on arcgis-search, the calcite-autocomplete would also have a large scale.

For those components with multiple calcite components, for example the print component. If the scale is set on the print component, all the inputs and buttons and other calcite components would have the same scale
