Improve media pagination experience in Popup

With ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript version 4.27 an improved media pagination experience was introduced.

In case of multiple media elements, this works well. However, if there is just one element to show, I think it isn't necessary to show the "1 of 1" label as pagination isn't possible here.

This behavior is not coherent as the feature pagination won't show the "1 of 1" in the corner in case of a single feature hit.

The option to disable the "1 of 1" label should be handled automatically or manually controlled by the VisibleElements property.
