topic WKT or WKID in ArcGIS API for Flex Questions

I'm working in Flex on a web app that calls in a dynamic map service inside a ESRI:Map object. I'm looking for a way to use either WKID or WKT (or something else) to alter the projection of my service AND change the central meridian at the same time. It seems that WKID will only allow for a central meridian at 0 deg.

Is there any way to do this?
