Edit geoprocessing widget error

hi everyone,
I tried to run Editing Geoprocessing Widget in my fiewer 3.4.
for editing lines the widget works fine, but when I use the same widget for points and polygon I receive the following error message:
"Unexpected fault:
[FaultEvent fault = [RPC Fault faultString = "Unable to complete operation." faultCode = "400" faultDetail = "Error running the tool."] messageId = null type = "fault" bubbles = false cancelable = true eventPhase = 2]"

we find the widget edit polygon attached below.
Any suggestion will be very appreciated .

Hi zanady,
Do you mean the "Edit" widget or the "Geoprocessing" widget (or some custom widget)?

What does the request being sent in look like?

i'm tried to run Editing Geoprocessing Widget that i download in this link: http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=798746aaabcc4e8f872a321257d8cfd4
i'm used flex viewer 3.4 and arcgis server 10.1.
i have this error when i try to use the same widget for points and polygon.but for lines it work fine!!!!!:
