      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We have been experiencing problems across-the-board today with all of ESRI's rest image services, whether it be in the mapping APIs or ArcMap. I think they are just having some significant problems today.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
