Hi Santhosh,

ESRI currently has 2 training offerings for the ArcGIS API for Flex:

1. Building Rich Internet Applications with ArcGIS API for Flex - 60 min training seminar, which is available free.

2. Building Web Applications Using the ArcGIS API for Flex - 2 day training class, which is a paid instructor led class.
