      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi everybody,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;given the url of a mapService, is there a method to check if it is a tiled or dynamic service ? in order to use either ArcGISTiledMapServiceLayer or ArcGISDynamicMapServiceLayer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
