SFV Parcel Notification Widget

I'm wondering if someone can give me some help/pointers. I downloaded the parcel notification widget, installed and made it work with our data in our coordinate system etc, the problem I'm experiencing is that the downloaded Selected Parcels.csv file contains no data at all, the name of the fields are there and the the number of records are there but all empty:

FIELD1,FIELD2
" "," "
" "," "
" "," " etc.

I really can not figure it out since I also downloaded Enhanced SearchWidget by Robert Scheitlin and that widget downloads the data with no problem. Both widgets are great but I either need to add the buffer functionality to the enhance search widget or make the parcel notification widget able to download data.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I am having trouble getting it to work with my coordinate system. The find by addresses works, but puts the parcels out in another coordinate system. I tried using inspatial and outspatial with no luck. I do use these with the address locator and it works great, can't figure out what I'm missing.

Also the Parcel id number search does nothing as well. If you start typing a number, the autocomplete finds parcel ids, but locks up when I hit submit.

I have attached the .xml file.

Don't know where the .csv file would be going either. Any help is appreciated.

I have the widget up on this site if anyone wants to test and tell me what's wrong .

I made this widget work following Robert Scheitlin steps from the follwing link:

Basically there are few places where the SpatialReference needs to be changed to make it work with your coordinate system.

After the parcels are found, clicking on the "save csv file" button, a save dialogue box will appear; then you will have an option to place the file.
