Control the "Identify Features" sample with TOC

Hi,

We are using the "Identify Features" and Table of Contets samples in our application.

We want to be able to identify not just the visible layers from the mxd but all of them, depending on what is turned on/off the Table of contets

Currently the "Identify Features" is taking it's info from :

        <esri:IdentifyTask id="identifyTask"
            concurrency="last"
            url="http://someserver/ArcGIS/rest/services/someservice/MapServer"/>

Is there a way instead of using this service to receive it's info from the dynamically changing "ArcGISDynamicMapServiceLayer" that can be changed when turning on/off layers in the TOC?
