How Do I Create a Service Blender/Swithcer SV 1.3

I have my SV 1.3 set up to switch between ariels and planimetrics. Currently my users can switch between services via the service switcher in the drop-down map menu.(default) I would like to create a slider bar that fades from one service to the next. Sort of like this map located here
