We recently upgraded our flex client to the latest flex 3.x, there was some system requirements that our external agencies had to perform such as:

System Requirements:
Agencies who access the upgraded client will be required to have Adobe flash player client 11.1 or greater installed on the workstation in order to access the client.

If users are unable to access the upgraded client on one of your workstations, due to a security error accessing the URL. Then it is a requirement to update your DNS / host file to include the specific IP???s on your computer host file or on your network DNS.

The DNS has been updated for all agencies, which has been confirmed and adobe flash for my understanding, however, one agency is receiving the following error when logging in:

Thoughts could be:
Wrong Adobe Flash Player
Stored config.xml from the previous version
crossdomain.xml
FlashObject Container
??

Any thoughts of what could be causing this error
