I have essentially combined the two sample flex apps from the links below. (Although with point feature layer.) When you first open the sample flex map below. The cursor is a hand allowing for panning, a double click will cause zooming in and the mouse over effect works. Once you use the Zoom In by click the navigation button, the mouse over effect no longer works. Zoom Out does not restore the mouse over effect. But the Pan button does return the mouse over effect. Once the Pan button is used the the Zoom In button will no longer disables the mouse over effect. Any idea how to fix this?

http://help.arcgis.com/en/webapi/flex/samples/index.html?sample=NavigationTools

http://help.arcgis.com/en/webapi/flex/samples/index.html?sample=FeatureLayer_MouseOver_Snapshot

Robert,

To re-enable default map actions the tool bar at the top of the first sample is a toggle bar meaning when you are done using the zoom in just click it again to disable it. Same goes for the zoomout and pan
