topic Is there a way to avoid marker scaling during zoom? in ArcGIS API for Flex Questions

In all examples and in my own application, whenever I zoom in/out, all markers get scaled too. This feels artificial and scaled graphics look bad. Whenever zoom is ended, graphics are positioned back to their right locations and with correct scale - so all the necessary computations are there, somewhere. So can I preserve this during the whole zoom process?
