Changing Labels in config file using locale file in flex

Hi All,

I'd made one application using ArcGIS API for flex in English. I'm also making the application in Hindi.

There is a button on my application for English and Hindi (Please check attached screenshot-right hand corner). So application changes the language accordingly. Everything is working file except the labels which I've given in config.xml file. I'm not able to change the labels which I've given in config file. Labels should change according to language selected.

I'm using locale files for language directory.

Any help will be much appreciated.
