When I configured the Edit Widget then two unexpected things happen:</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>1. The operational layers defined in config.xml (type = "feature") for editing once added, in the initial screen it does not fit appropriately onto the base map (looks skewed). However once the fit to extent button is clicked, everything falls into place.</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>2. I have configured 4 layers for editing. Although all the four layers show up in the widget, 3 of them work fine. The fourth one when attempted with edits throws up an error - "Add feature failed". Also only on this layer is the symbology different from what is defined in the mxd of the map service. The symbology defined is a simple fill symbol for that polygon layer. Wonder if someone else is facing similar issues.
