Address Locator in Locate Widget

Hello,

I am using the sample flexviewer 1.3. I have created an address locator in ArcCatalog 10 and created a geocoding service in Server. I want to use this geocode service in the locate widget, however when I try there are three text boxes with a dropdown box for the state. I need there to be just one text box for the address and a submit button. I had this running correctly before when I was using 9.3.1, perhaps 10 is causing the issue? Thanks.

I tried using my old 9.3.1 address locator and it worked. It must be an ArcGIS 10 thing. Any ideas?

where do I need to add this tag, in the xml? What exactly do I need to add to use single line input? Thanks.
