Scale barissue

Dear All,

I'm using Arcgis flex APIS but Am struggling with scale bar. We stared the application with flex api's 2.0 the scale bar was showing correct but once we migrated to 2.4 it displays null instead of units and in 2.5 it shows no value

Please find the attached screen shot for as out put. PLease be noted am using same map services
2.0 with name scalebar_2.0.png
2.4 with name scalebar_2.4.png
2.5 with name scalebar_2.5.png

I did some R&d Here are the details:

1. I create one poc using same map service and found it's working with flex 2.4 and 2.5 both.
2. I'm Load localization resources at runtime using XML and flex object XMLResourceLoader. that created a problem although i don't translate the units.

Can anyone give me a lead
