Can 2.0 API be used with Flash Builder 3?

Must one have Flash Builder 4 in order to use the 2.0 API for Flex or can one use Flash Builder 3? Any 'gotchas' by using version 3 (if it's possible)?

Brian,

Yes it is possible. Can't recall the gotcha's right now though. But I don't remember than to be major issues.

Yes, as long as you compile against Flex 4 SDK, you can use whatever IDE you want.
