Has anyone noticed that there is an error in the default Layer List?

1. Go to URL: http://pages.towson.edu/jparfitt/flex/
2. Open the tree view under "Shoreline Rates of Change"
3. Check OFF "Shoreline Rates of Change" (all sub-layers must be checked)
4. Check OFF each of the three sub-layers
5. Check ON "Shoreline Rates of Change" (leave sub-layers off)
BUG: The layers will quickly flash on the screen where as they should have stayed off the whole time.

Has anyone come up with a code fix? I just downloaded this so I have not modified anything. Some of my clients are bit picky and when they notice this they will want it fixed.

Thanks,
Jordan
