Check OFF "Shoreline Rates of Change" (all sub-layers must be checked)</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>4. Check OFF each of the three sub-layers</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>5. Check ON "Shoreline Rates of Change" (leave sub-layers off)</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>BUG: The layers will quickly flash on the screen where as they should have stayed off the whole time.</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>Has anyone come up with a code fix? I just downloaded this so I have not modified anything.
