Has anyone successfully done this yet, and could you share the changes you did to the manager files?</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>I am specifically interested alos if anyone has experience with adding an arcIMS layer that has basic authentification to a flex veiwer. Using the 1.3 viewer it would randomly drop the security header (causing the browser to prompt for a password). </SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>I'm at the point now where I am considering using a proxy to handle the authentification but have little to no experience using proxies with Flex.
