Updating Layer List Widget

Hi,

I have a custom widget that activates some map layers. I also have the Layer List Widget. I need to update it so that these layers turn out to be activated. I have checked the TOC's code, but I can't find which event I have to trigger to notify the layer's visibility has changed

If anyone has any tips, I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance

Thanks Robert. I was looking for the same thing to use with the MapSwitcher widget.
It works great and I don't have to mess with the visibleLayers property. I can let the widget do all the work. I also noticed that the response time to see the visible layers is much faster than setting the property manually.

I responded to your other post as well with my changes since I am using v2.1 of the Viewer.
