I have a customer that wants to develop a mapping application that shows where their customers are located. I would like to do it with ESRIs tools but I am unsure of the License Agreement. It specifically reads that a web application needs to be licensed at the Second Level Domain (SLD); however, if an organization has ArcGIS Server it gives them the ability to develop as many web applications as they want.
