topic Graphics draw order in ArcGIS API for Flex Questions

Is there any way to programmatically set a graphic to draw on top of the other graphics? I have a polygon layer that if I set autoMovetotop = true, it only works on mouse over (just as documented). I would like to add a glow filter to a graphic but as it is now, if the graphic is not on top, the polys that border it cover the glow.
