Problems with new Flex Viewer 2.0 (Uncompiled version)

Good afternoon,

I am having trouble getting the new map viewer to load in the web browser. When I push build/debug button, the default map services (esri arcgis online) loads into my app. I changed the path to my own map service in the config.xml file. I made some other changes in this file but when I run it you can not tell I made any changes.

However, if i navigate to iis and click on the index.html file in the flexviewer folder it loads with some of the changes I made.

It does not load changes I made to the geocoding widget.

When I set the project up I followed the instructions in the readme.txt file.

I have the following properties in the build path:

   This is the Output folder path
   C:\inetpub\wwwroot\flexviewer

   This is the Output folder URL
   http://localhost/flexviewer

Any help you all can give me would be greatly appreciated

Josh,

Make sure you are making your changes to the xml and/or mxml files under the src folder and not the bin-debug folder.

Could you post the 2.0 version of the identify widget. I noticed you had one in your map application.
