Map Loaded Event ???

Hi there,

Is there a way to tell when a map has successfully loaded?

For example at the moment (like the SFV) I add the map layers and then fire a global map loaded event, but this does not mean the layers all loaded successfully and the map is on the screen. (We have SOC services falling to sleep so refreshes are required and this happens EVERY morning and sometimes in the day)

I can see there is a LayerEvent.LOAD_ERROR on tiled services, which seems to fire every now and then on a problem, but is there no way to ask the map if everything is cool?

Hard to explain, but is there something to help me fire an event when everything is fine and dandy with regard to the services loading? Should I perhaps loop the services after adding them looking for an issue before letting the rest of the app know the map has loaded?
