where to modify popup toggle #'s

how can i modify the arrows and numbers next to the close button on the popup window?
it seems many of the users are not very computer saavy and do not realize when they click they get multiple results, so i was asked to bring more attn to the toggle numbers and arrows.

i have looked in the PopupRendererskin.mxml and the InfoWindowSkin.mxml and i can see a close button, and the InfoWindowLabel, but not sure where to change those little numbers.
i have included a screenshot of what im referring to.
i am using api for flex 3.0

Rocio,

You need to look at the content navigator skin.

Don't forget to click the Mark as answer check on this post and to click the top arrow (promote).
