Dynamic symbology flex/Arcgisserver10

Hi,
I want to realize dynamic classification flex/ArcgisServer10 using either featurelayer or graphiclayer. knowing that it is available with arcgiseserver10.1 using a dynamic link with the published service which can not find in arcgisserver10. 😞

If anyone can help me? or just give me some indications 🙂

it requires arcgiserver10.1; And i have just Arcgisserver 10: (

Thank you Bijorn, Than i will install arcgisserver10.1 if I want use the dynamic renderer. 🙂
