      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;With a little more digging and looking I found the info.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://help.arcgis.com/en/webapi/flex/help/index.html#getting_started.htm#"&gt;http://help.arcgis.com/en/webapi/flex/help/index.html#getting_started.htm#&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-style:italic;"&gt;"Optional: access to ArcGIS Server 9.3 and above. Note that certain functionality requires a specific minimum version, for example, routing requires ArcGIS Server 9.3.1 and editing requires ArcGIS Server 10.0. If you don't have your own ArcGIS Server, you can use services from ArcGIS Online and elsewhere."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
