      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My old application was developed based on sample viewer and arcgis flex api 1.3. Now the gis department need to upgrade system to version 10. They will regenerate the REST map services. Will the application still work? Thanks a lot.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
