ArcGIS Flex API license/copyright/notice? Please advise.

I have built a mobile app that will be released for free (but not open source, at least not yet) that displays a navigable map hosted by your online services using the provided Flex API and am quite confused around what copyright notices are needed for using the API and various maps hosted by your online product.

I am building the "About" dialog and am seeking information of what should be in there about the use of your API and data as well as any copyright notices and/or licenses.

The "Powered by ESRI" is being left on the map as the user uses it however do I also need enable any extra copyright information somehow added to the maps themselves (for instance the imagery basemap or layers such as boundaries)?

I would like to abide by all the rules and have been thoroughly enjoying using your API.

Thanks for asking, Mike. Esri's attribution guidelines (taken from the iOS attribution instructions) include:

Attribution of the ArcGIS API for Flex - the About or Credit Screens must include the following text: "Mapping API provided by Esri ArcGIS API for Flex"

Attribution of Map Data - All map data used in an application must be attributed in about or credit screens using the "Copyright Text" section of the REST endpoint(s) being used. Example: ESRI_Imagery_World_2D service must use "Copyright:© 2009 ESRI, i-cubed, GeoEye"

Esri Logo - If your application uses data being served by Esri through ArcGIS Online, a logo on the map is required per the logo guidelines. (As you already stated there will be, but can be found on the iOS attribution link above.)

Thank you for the very straight forward requirements.

I can now complete the app's about screen and send it off to the application store for users to enjoy.

Again, the ArcGIS Flex API has been a pleasure to work with.
