    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So you are querying a SQL database and returning the X and Y and creating points from that?&amp;nbsp; I've done that before and it didn't involve ArcGIS Server at all.&amp;nbsp; The API is free, I didn't think using the Bing Maps was free though.&amp;nbsp; I like the ESRI topo map service better than Bing anyways.&amp;nbsp; If you want to make your own map services, then you'll definitely need Server.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
