Add WMS service

I would like to check an information abou adding WMS services in Flex Viewer application.
My maps use WGS84 datum and someone told me that only WMS services using the tags CRS:84 or EPSG:3857
could be added to it.
But most WMS services use the tags EPSG:4269 and/or EPSG:4326.
So, most WMS services couldn´t be added to my application.
Is it really true?

First, you need to post all flex Viewer Questions to the Flex Viewer forum and not to the Flex API forum which this is

But the bottom line is if the WMS service does not support EPSG:3857 and you are using esri tiled basemaps than you are not going to be able to use that WMS service.
