      <title>Where is the Identify tool?</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Where is the Identify tool?&amp;nbsp; I downloaded a custom tool, but I have to do a bunch of custom xml programming for layers and fields.&amp;nbsp; Isn't there a simple out of the box tool?&amp;nbsp; It's a basic function of GIS, seems like it should be a basic tool.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
