Update ArcID module button grayed out

For some reason my "Update ArcID module" and "Change VBA Security..." buttons are grayed out. My coworkers are not experiencing this issue and I am wonder what may be causing this to happen.

Path taken:

Customize --> Customize Mode --> Options --> Grayed out buttons

ArcGIS 10.3 for Desktop

Version: 10.3.0.4322.
