USA Soils Map Units Accessibility

Can you make it to where the USA soils map units can be accessible in portal without prompting a login each time?

If this cannot be done may I have an explanation to why.

If I am doing something wrong please let me know.

To make it stop prompting for credentials you'll need to register it as an item in the portal and embed ArcGIS Online credentials. There are two ways to do this:

If you're an administrator you can configure Living Atlas content for the organization following these steps. https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/administer/windows/configure-living-atlas-content.htm
If you're not an administrator you can register the service url of the soils layer (bottom right of the item details page) as an item in the portal and embed your ArcGIS Online credentials following these steps. https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/use/connect-secured-services.htm#GUID-352C33B1-6D15-4D8B-A4D2-630BB1428C54
