    <description>&lt;P&gt;Currently, the web editor adheres to utility network rules, particularly regarding connectivity.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.esri.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/208186"&gt;@PierreloupDucroix&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you can disable Rubberbanding, which is in the Snapping dialog.&amp;nbsp; This should allow you to move network features disconnected from any other feature.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Of course, sorry, I thought the Rubberbanding tool was the equivalent to the "Stretch Topology" tool (first tool on the left in my image).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It works great.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
