At the moment (ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4) it does not seem to be possible to Create circle/rectangle/ellipse in Map Viewer - Esri Community.

I think these editing capabilities would best be included in the Web Editor.

These are on our roadmap @SimonSchütte_ct but they have not been assigned to a release.

Hi @SimonSchütte_ct this functionality has not been assigned to release or version, so any version that I provided as one we're aiming for would not be accurate.

I hope this will be available in Web Editor with 12.0/12.1

Available in ArcGIS Online Webeditor 😊. Expected to be available in Enterprise 12.1.
