idea Support for custom auth headers on WMS/WMTS layers in ArcGIS Pro SDK Ideas

Currently the ArcGIS Pro SDK supports credential management for layers requiring ArcGIS Pro authentication. However, some OGC-compliant layers (e.g., WMS, WMTS) may require bearer token authentication. While ArcGIS Pro itself can handle basic authentication within Pro, there is no way to add headers with bearer token support to such resources. Ideal implementation would support bearer auth and manage token refresh, but even a reference to a (separately managed) c# key/value pair would be useable. Similarly, the ability to add arbitrary headers (e.g., cache control) to such requests would be widely useful.
