idea More licensing control in ArcGIS Pro SDK Ideas

Hello,

I'm requesting more API's to deal with licensing. Either wrap something like what Pro does when there is a license failure or expose parts that we need sop we could at least diagnose the issue and offer a solution. Whether it be the license is checked out, expired, lives somewhere else - like on a portal.

I'm aware of the button to show license(s) info in the sample code.
While that is nice it doesn't help much., Other than Host->Initialize() or with a product code as an argument there isn't a lot of help we can offer users with a standalone Pro SDK application.
