    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a request to create a Block Reference so if an officer calls out something like&amp;nbsp; "Out with one at the 200 Block of Lincoln"&amp;nbsp; we can geocode his/her location.&amp;nbsp; Before I go about hacking and whacking, does anyone have a method to derive these?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
