Because the values are in gridded format, I am unable to use XY table to point to create points of the data, because my lat/long values are not in a table format (I do not have x and y fields, because both the columns and rows have spatial meaning). Is there a way to convert this grid to points in Arc Pro? I have created a fishnet but I am unable to join the csv grid to it because again, there are no xy fields. I have attached a snap shot of the table for reference.
