topic Getting the absolute shape of 3D features from Microstation to ArcScene in 3D Questions

Hi,

I was wondering if it would be possible to get/keep the exact shape of the 3D features that I created in microsation and keep the shapes as is. I tried importing using the 3D import tool in ArcScene and Pro to get an idea as to see what it looks like. The issue(s) that I have with the way the features get imported is that the features don't keep the exact shape that I created and it also creates a multipatch feature that unfortunately doesn't keep true curves. I don't know if there is/are any upcoming changes that would improve the aesthetics of the 3D features created in microstation/autocad that would keep the geometry intact. I was also thinking that it would be cool if there could be a feature class simply for 3D solids instead of multipatches.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Robert
