topic 3D tiles mesh quality in 3D Questions

I am experiencing issues with the quality of a 3d tiles mesh in ArcGIS Pro and Online. ArcGIS does not request higher level tiles unless you get close, so the mesh always looks to be poor resolution(first image). The same service looks much nicer in another platform viewer (second image) where high-resolution tiles get requested and loaded at further distances.

The other platform viewer with optimal performance is available here

Is this normal behavior and just a poor implementation of the 3d tiles standard in the ArcGIS platform or do acknowledge that the issue is caused by a bug?

Can we manually adjust the loading behavior of 3d tiles services to optimize mesh quality?
