How can we get 3D visualization for underground cavities, structures in ArcGis Pro

Hello I'm Paul . My company specializes in Geophysical Surveys, Technical Works and lately with Archaeometric Researches. Among the others lately we Baught the Bartington Grad 601. The data that we can have from Grad 601 are all in ASCII format avilable in Spreadsheet ,. Z String and XYZ Format. Our question request is:

What are the steps that we have to do with ArcGis Pro in order to get the best 3D results . For example can we get 3D visualization for underground cavities, structures metal objects?
