topic 3D export not working in 3D Questions

3D export not working

Hi, I am trying pro, but I can't export a scene to 3D. I just get the option to export to 2D even if I have both terrain and buildings in the scene. Please help me out! Chris

Hey Chris,

To help troubleshoot this can we confirm if you get any error messages when trying to export?

A few screenshots of your layers and workflow would also help.

Hi David,

Thanks for your reply. I am just trying to export a terrain, photo and building volumes as you see in the attachment, but I don't get the option to export to 3D files as you see. Any suggestions? Best Regards Chris

Hey Chris,

Thanks for getting back and the screenshot. This unfortunately will not work exactly in this way but you should be able to export the Building data by using the Share to Scene Layer package tool.
