Creating a 3d scene or layer from a Mesh Tiled OBJ downloaded from Nearmap

I downloaded a Textured Mesh (OBJ) from Nearmap. The result a bunch of files that looks like this

Each folder has JPEGs of images.

My question which I am not finding an answer to do this is how do I take these images and make a 3d scene or layer using this data?
