Visibility tool doesn't work properly

I am using AcGIS Desktop 10.8.2

For a project I wanted to do a 3D visibility analysis using Procedurally Generated Points and Procedurally Generated Multipatches.

However after running the Create Sight Lines and Intervisibility tools I noticed that the results were false:

First of all the Observerpoints weren't properly documented. On the screenshot you see that the OID for the Observerpoint were from two different points, both not corresponding with the OID of the points the Sight Lines originated from. Considering I use several points for the analysis and need the correct origin points that is not good.

Secondly the selected Sight Lines were tested with the Intervisibility tool against the red Multipatch features and even though they intersect they were classified as visible, they should not have been.

I am not sure what I did wrong and would appreciate if someone who had similar experiences and found the mistake. Or if the tools are not functioning properly
